Support Worker – Enliven Disability

We are looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join the team at Enliven Disability at our residential service in Taradale and new residential service in Havelock North. Full and part time positions available.

We believe the people we support should live extraordinary lives. We are committed to providing services that foster individual choice and encourage independence, community engagement, responsibility and self-determination. As a Support Worker you will be assisting our clients in their everyday life activities and challenges.

Knowledge of the healthcare sector and standards are desirable but not essential as full training will be given. Successful applicants must be reliable, readily contactable and be flexible to work across three shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

With a supportive work environment and an extensive range of training programmes, we encourage our staff to engage in further NZQA qualifications and encourage development towards other roles and opportunities within our organisation and the wider disability sector.

Applicants should have a New Zealand residency or valid New Zealand work visa and ideally a full driver’s licence.
