Enliven Intensive Home Support, a service of Presbyterian Support East Coast provides support services for older people so they can live and enjoy life as a valued part of our community

As a fulltime Service Administrator at Enliven, you will be working with our dedicated, friendly and professional team based in Havelock North.  

We are seeking someone with a talent for developing effective working relationships with people at all levels of our organisation. The successful candidate will be dealing with sensitive documents and involved in senior management-level discussions and meetings, you will understand the need for confidentiality and display a high level of integrity. 

You will be part of a wider team of Service Advisors, Resource Coordinators, Team Leaders and work closely with Management, Community Nurse Managers and other members of our multidisciplinary team.

This role includes:

  • Email management – employing good judgement in monitoring, responding, and prioritising emails.
  • Organising meetings, agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
  • Invoicing and monthly reporting
  • Event & catering arrangements.
  • Preparation & drafting of correspondence e.g., email, letters, and documents.
  • Ad hoc mini project work as required.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • An advanced knowledge of MS suite of products. 
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently
  • To have high attention to detail and critical to be accurate with information and data. 
  • Adhere to confidentiality processes at all times
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
  • Have a team player approach, positive can-do attitude, and good sense of humor
