Working as one of a team of 10+ Support Workers at our new Residential Support Service in Havelock North, you will be supporting 5 flatters to live their best life.

Work includes providing physical and social support to allow individuals to participate in everyday life in their home and their community. In this role you will work permanent night duties.

  • Full time and Part-time roles available | 48 - 80 hours per fortnight
  • $21.50 - $27.00 per hour

You will:

  • Deliver support in line with each person's individualised care plan.
  • Support flatters to make decisions about and participate in all aspects of their life.
  • Act as a key liaison between flatters and their whanau and other groups engaged in their life.
  • Keep accurate records of the support provided to each flatter.
  • Support flatters to maintain a safe, clean and functional home environment.

Knowledge and experience desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
