The Takapau Community Café celebrates another year of providing services to the Takapau community.
The Café started as a six-month trial and thanks to Enliven, it is still going strong nine years later.
Participants meet every fortnight at St Mark's Church. The morning starts with strength and balance exercises with Gelinda Turton, which is then followed by a hot lunch kindly provided by St Mark's Church volunteers.
Afterwards there is time to socialise or participate in an activity.
Presbyterian Support East Coast (PSEC) delivers $11 million worth of vital social services throughout the East Coast region, with the help of 220 staff and over 200 volunteers.
