Life is all about a series of experiences and sometimes the most valuable experiences are ones when you are giving your time and energy towards the good of the community and enhancing others quality of life. That is what we do at PSEC and we would love you to join our friendly, inclusive team!
Examples - The younger generation who wish to gain skills and experience for their CV. You may wish to start out in the event management, hospitality or retail service industry, but need to demonstrate experience – then we are the place to Volunteer!
Those that have recently graduated or working towards certification in hospitality, social work, nursing, teaching, elderly care, retail or event management and looking for work placement or experience.
Those planning on returning to the workplace - you may have had an extended period away from full time employment to raise a family, redundancy, due to ill health or other commitments and wish to gain confidence and get up-to-date with modern practices.
Retired or semi retired people who still wish to be actively involved in the community and have a lot of skills and experience to offer, but don’t want to be tied to a 9am – 5pm job anymore.
Anyone of any age who are looking to be part of a team and can positively contribute to the PSEC community and wishes to enhance their customer service, retail and communication skills. This is a great way to meet new people.
We can offer a fun, inclusive learning environment and can help you upskill and gain confidence in the workplace.
