Each member of our team deserves acknowledgement for their dedicated work. On this occasion we specifically recognise the outstanding leadership exhibited by Katherine Evans and Tracy Kruger at Enliven Older People Services.
Over the past four years, they have navigated the complexities of the Covid-19 pandemic, managing service disruptions due to the recent Cyclone Gabrielle and adverse weather events, and consistently going above and beyond to meet standards and service delivery. Kath and Tracy have demonstrated exceptional resilience and commitment.
Kath’s implementation of emergency household plans ensured our Enliven clients were well prepared for Cyclone Gabrielle and Tracy has taken new responsibilities and roles and works diligently to improve our processes to ensure our team are well looked after.
Both have a passion for the service, but more importantly, they both are instrumental in ensuring an incredible work environment for the Enliven Older People team.
As Clinical Nurse Manager Kath’s decision-making ability, her drive for improving outcomes for our clients, eye for detail and dedication to the job ensures a gold standard clinical service for our clients.
As Operations Manager Tracy places the team first, constantly going above and beyond. Tracy has created an exceptional workplace for Enliven staff.
Congratulations on the significant contributions you have made at PSEC, benefiting both your team and your clients. Thank you for living our PSEC values, you are indeed ‘people helping people’.
