JH Mason Village, Havelock North

JH Mason Village consists of predominantly rental properties intended for independent people. The grounds are spacious with established trees, gardens and lawns.

The Village has a tight-knit community that looks out for each other and there are many opportunities to socialise with residents, thanks to a thriving events calendar which is organised by the Village Coordinator. There is a library available and kitchen facilities.

Sheilton Village, Wairoa

Sheilton Village consists of 14 one and two-bedroom cottages.
Sheilton is a compact village close to the CBD in Wairoa and being able to walk to town is a bonus.

The cottages are suitable for singles or couples and the residents receive a regular welfare check by phone.
Sheilton also has a tight-knit community of residents who look out for each other. There is a free call number available for residents to communicate with PSEC.
