PSEC’s services for older people include Intensive Home Support for independent living and friendly Community Day Programme in Havelock North.
Intensive Home Support
Aims to restore the physical, mental and social well-being of older people so they can stay in their home for as long as possible. Our team of experts include:
- Registered Nurses
- Physiotherapists
- Dietitians
- Occupational Therapists
- Speech- language Therapists
- Social Workers and Support Workers
Community Day Programme
Activities, outings, exercise and companionship in in a village setting at Enliven Havelock North.
Falls prevention exercise classes
Falls are not a normal part of ageing; a local exercise class helps older people to develop the strength and balance they need to reduce falls.
As part of our Community Day Programme, Enliven offers accredited falls prevention exercise classes.
