Rowan Apartments getting ready to open

Thanks to the generous support from our community, Rowan Apartments will be officially opening next week following a blessing earlier this month.

It’s been exciting to watch the project change from a construction site into homes. Once the painting and vinyl wall and floor coverings were finished, the empty spaces instantly felt like welcoming rooms. The bedroom units and ceiling hoists have made it easy to imagine a flatter enjoying more independence in their new apartment.
The indoor design features and outdoor decking and landscaping are looking great. The concrete paths have been cleverly designed so the apartments connect smoothly with existing homes at Rowan.

We’re nearly finished with the final touches, including painting touch-ups, removing site fencing, testing solar systems, installing apartment numbers, and adding the meaningful window glazing graphics.
We’re looking forward to the official opening next week and to welcoming flatters into modern, accessible homes that meet their complex needs. A big thank you to everyone who has supported this project so far, Rowan Apartments would not have been possible without you.
