Working together at PSEC

With the help of over 200 staff and 100 volunteers, we provide vital social services to people on the East Coast. Our team includes a wide range of roles, from retailers and marketers to administrators, social workers, support workers, service management, and healthcare specialists.

Working for PSEC offers a rewarding career with variety and new challenges. We need people who are empathetic, patient, and who love working with people. You don’t need previous experience for some roles but for other roles you will need training and experience in the health sector.

Cadetship

Enliven Disability and the Whangaitia Cadetship Programme with Health New Zealand Hawke’s Bay

A cadetship gives you a chance to work towards a NZQA Level 2 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing and try support work in the health sector.

Start your career with Enliven Older People

Working as a Support Worker is more than a job. It is also an opportunity to gain an accredited Level 4 qualification. In partnership with Careerforce, Enliven provide a comprehensive opportunity to earn while you learn.
