Office Manager – Enliven Older People

Enliven Older People Services is looking for an Office Manager to lead a small team of 5 office staff and ensure all aspects of the administrative processes are completed in a timely manner.

You will develop a thorough understanding of the systems and be able to coordinate staff and recourses to enable effective and efficient processes.

You will: 

  • Leadership skills
  • Create a healthy work environment that encourages growth.
  • Ensure all aspects of the administration processes are completed in a timely manner.
  • Always ensure smooth running and cover for the call centre.
  • Maintain a warm and welcoming approach in the office.
  • Be responsible.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Be flexible to step in and cover team members when needed.
  • Ensure databases are kept up to date and reports are completed on time.

To be successful you will need to:

  • Have a service-orientated approach
  • Be a natural leader with humility and warmth.
  • Have well-developed communication skills
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently within a team environment.
  • Be comfortable with change and ready to learn.
  • Have excellent IT and administrative skills and knowledge of payroll and rostering.
  • Understand Maori protocols and practices.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • Ideally hold a Business qualification
