August refurbishment news from Rowan House
The updates are progressing well despite delays caused by the uncertain delivery date of fire-rated doors. The building moisture surveying is done, this week the heat pumps are being installed, and next week the team will be working hard on the wall and floor coverings. There’s painting and gap-filing and all sorts of multitasking going on as the project team work fast to get our flatters back into their rooms as soon as possible.
